Walker Jones offers a valuation service in respect of residential and commercial properties for all purposes.
Residential Valuations
A standard Valuation Report is based upon a brief inspection of the property. This level of Report is similar to the Mortgage Valuation service that we provide for Banks, Building Societies and Financial Institutions. The Lender requires a basic Report before deciding the terms of any Mortgage/Loan.
This level of Report is therefore limited when compared to an RICS Homebuyer Report or a Walker Jones Building Survey, and potential buyers should not rely solely on the information provided in a Valuation Report when deciding whether or not to proceed with a purchase.

Mortgage/Second Mortgage Valuations
Walker Jones act for a large number of major Banks, Building Societies and Financial Institutions as their approved Panel and Regional Valuers and Surveyors.
We offer competitive Fees and a job turnaround time of between 24 and 48 hours (subject to access.)
A number of Lenders impose a mileage limit on the distance a firm of Surveyors/Valuers may travel in order to carry out a Valuation on a property. However, due to our experience and knowledge, together with the fact that some areas of our coverage are very rural and remote we have received Special Authority from some Lenders to exceed the normal mileage limits.

Commercial / Semi-Commercial Valuations
We can discuss your specific requirements and are able to carry out valuations in respect to various types of commercial/semi-commercial property, including valuations for mortgage.
